Welcome to Kip Urban Safaris, operated by Travels With Kip Limited. These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, services, and use of our website. By making an inquiry or booking with us for your Nairobi tours, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings for safari experiences are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as agreed. Clients are responsible for providing accurate travel details at the time of booking.

2. Payments

A deposit may be required to confirm services for your Nairobi tours. Full payment must be completed before the start of the service unless otherwise agreed. Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or other agreed methods.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing.

3a. Cancellation by Client

More than 48 hours before the tour:  👉 Full refund (100%)

48 hours before the tour:  👉 50% cancellation fee (50% refund)

Less than 24 hours before the tour / No-show:  👉 No refund (100% charge)

3b. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days. Any bank charges or transaction fees will be deducted. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

3c. Changes & Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule their Nairobi tours up to 24 hours before the tour (subject to availability). No additional charges for rescheduling within the allowed time. Changes within less than 24 hours may be treated as a cancellation.

3d. Cancellation by Kip Urban Safaris

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to:

- Extreme weather conditions

- Safety concerns

- Unforeseen operational issues

In such cases, clients will be offered:

- A full refund

OR

- An alternative date / service

3e. Third-Party Services (IMPORTANT)

Services such as park fees, hotel bookings, and flight tickets may have separate cancellation policies and may be non-refundable.

3g. Late Arrival Policy

Late arrivals may result in reduced tour time. No refund will be issued for missed time due to client delays. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation. Any non-refundable services (e.g., park fees, third-party bookings) will be deducted.

4. Changes & Amendments

Changes to bookings are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability. Additional costs may apply depending on the changes requested.

5. Transport & Services

All tours and transfers are operated using professional drivers and well-maintained vehicles. Airport transfers are charged at USD 60 per vehicle (maximum 4 persons) unless otherwise stated. Clients are expected to adhere to agreed pick-up times to avoid delays.

6. Liability

We shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or government restrictions. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during tours. We recommend all clients have valid travel insurance.

7. Travel Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including visas where required. Any failure to meet travel requirements is the client’s responsibility.

8. Third-Party Services

Some services (e.g., hotels, flights, park fees) are provided by third parties. We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the actions or policies of these providers.

9. Delays & No-Shows

Late arrivals may result in reduced tour time or cancellation without refund. No-shows will be charged at 100% of the service cost.

10. Privacy

All personal information provided is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share client information except where necessary to deliver services.

11. Changes to Terms

Kip Urban Safaris reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
